I stand corrected; Bower Hill Bourbon is a rye recipe bourbon

I was challenged on the Bourbonr Facebook group about my belief that Bower Hill bourbon is a wheated bourbon. I couldn’t find anything on the internet so on their mashbill. So, I decided to call the number on the Bower Hill website and got connected to Carl Brown, the CEO of the company. Turns out I was correct that it is New Bernheim juice but it is rye recipe bourbon. However, he agreed that the flavor profile is very different from a typical rye recipe bourbon and he is very proud of his bourbon. As he should be.
